People do business with people they like. But if you can’t meet people face to face, how can you build connections and show people what makes you great? One way is probably through video.
The problem is that filming yourself is bloody hard. Talking to camera can feel incredibly unnatural and no-one likes watching themselves on film (or at least I don’t). Every time I’ve tried to film videos for my business, I’ve ended up giving up – shaking throughout them, hating them when I watch them back, and judging them too harshly to ever release them.
That’s why I’ve set myself a challenge of becoming comfortable in front of the camera – and actually releasing videos. Why not come along on the journey with me and see how I go from petrified of videos to (hopefully) a pro?
